About Me
Learn about my life story and how I became a Professional Organizer!
Hi everyone, I am Flávia!
I was born in Brazil, but my roots are Italian; I've spent most of my professional life working as an architect and interior designer on high-end renovation projects between Porto Alegre and Verona and after several happy years in the "city of love" I moved to London. I took this chance to go back to the drawing board and I started to look for my true professional vocation. Don't get me wrong... I really liked the world of architecture and the creative content of the design process, but I felt like that life did not reflect who I really am as a person: I am happy when I make people around me happy and I strongly believe in the value of simplicity. At some point in my career I just realised that I couldn't express myself with what I was doing and therefore I needed change.
I have always been an extremely organized person, to the point that when I am home alone I literally spend my days thinking about new ways to sort out things around the house. Looking at it now becoming a P.O. was the natural choice, because I could finally combine my love for organizing with the possibility to effectively improve people's lives with very simple tricks that don't cost a fortune; plus my background in interior design turns out extremely useful when it comes to thinking of new ways to model spaces.
I have to admit though that it didn't look so straightforward then, and it took me a good dose of courage to take the leap!

Sometimes we're just too lazy and we end up piling up things we don't really love, need or use. The result is often lack of space and a messy, cold house. Together we can choose with a structured approach what makes you happy and you want to keep.

Whether you want to maximize the selling value of your house or you simply think that it lacks something but you don't want to invest a fortune in a complex renovation project, I can help you with that.

MOVING HOME
Change is good: new house, maybe new job, surely new opportunities... Yet the process can be extremely stressful: packing and unpacking all of your stuff, plus organizing it all in a completely new environment can be a lot to go through alone... and removal companies do their job, but someone has to coordinate them!
I can help you to take away part of that stress and let you focus on the things that really matter!
INTERIOR DESIGN
Everything in life is transitory, including the way we live. Family grows, interests change, we found new jobs... and the environments where we spend our lives change as a consequence.
When it happens, it's not just about choosing trendy furniture and matching colours. It's about bending space to our will... and putting everything of who we really are in the process.

Let's be honest: first, no one really likes mess; second, mess does not just materialize... it grows, slowly but mercilessly... and it's fed by our bad habits.

How It Works
There's no secret to it: it's all about transparency, collaboration and making customers happier!

How will it work?The first step will be to assess your situation and understand your needs. My main goal is to have happy customers, therefore the initial meeting is free and will last approximately 1 hour (duration may vary according to the complexity of the project). After that, I will send you a service proposal and, if you decide to accept, we will agree a start date based on your availabilities.

What do I need to do before our sessions?Not much really... you don't need to buy organising stuff or to tidy up in advance. In fact it will be easier for me to help you if we get to the root of what's causing your clutter or stress. The only thing you really have to do is to be mentally open to the process which may vary depending on the activity. Ultimately you'll have the last word on everything, but expect a bit of challenge and advice from me: if you do this we're halfway there!

Can I buy a gift voucher for a friend?Of course you can, just make sure that the recipient actually likes the idea.

What areas do you cover?I’m based in E14 but I am happy to travel to other areas of London. If we discuss travel expenses in advance, I can come and see you somewhere else in the UK, in Italy, even in southern Brazil! And if it's not possible to meet in person, we can always meet online!

Can you take stuff away for me?No, but I will help you to find someone that can. Just remember we'll throw stuff away only as a last resort, there's plenty of more environmentally-friendly ways to get rid of stuff!
